Description
PTFE tubing is manufactured by ram extruding method with ptfe granular resin.
PTFE extruded tubing is manufactured by high pressure PTFE dispense resin mixed with additive, it is Plug extruded and sintered. According to different demands, tubing could be opaque or translucent.
Filled PTFE Tube is manufactured by moding method with filed PTFE resin. Filled PTFE resin is manufactured by compounding PTFE granular resin with fillers of many diferents kinds. Amongst the many flers suitable for compounding with PTFE, glass fiber, carbon fiber, Bronze and also lubricating materials like graphite, molybdenum disulphide.
